02 / How it works
Three stops, one route. Each stop below is handled at a Kyiv city hub unless you book a one-way drop.
Collect the keys at a Kyiv hub, 4 to 9 minutes on foot from the nearest metro entrance. Bring your ID, a licence held for at least 2 years, and the payment card in the main driver's name. Minimum age is 23. Handover runs about 15 minutes and the fuel gauge is photographed with you standing at the car.
The base rate covers 250 km per day inside Ukraine. Fuel runs full-to-full, so you bring the car back at the level you took it. A city fee applies only on days you collect or return in central Kyiv.
Bring the car back to the same hub, or book a one-way drop for the set fee published in the fare table. After-hours return works at the Kyiv and Lviv hubs. The refundable deposit is released 5 to 10 working days after inspection. Read the after-hours rules and the deposit and fuel terms.
